LONG BIO:

Mary O’Dwyer is founder and owner of Mary’s Blue Door and she is devoted to helping people realize and see their true value, uniqueness and preciousness. Through her work, she helps her clients heal emotional traumas and release limiting beliefs, allowing them to move forward in life with renewed conviction, direction and purpose.

Mary’s inner journey started in 2013 after a friend diagnosed her as being “spiritually disconnected”. This realization prompted her to seek a deeper connection to herself and God. On her journey the tools she most loved were Transformational Breath®, Energy Healing and Essential Oils.

Between the start of her transformation in 2013 and where she is today Mary felt a strong calling to focus on sharing the tools she has learned, with the world. She ended her health and fitness business in 2017 to focus solely on the work of Mary’s Blue Door.

Mary is a certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and group leader, having trained directly with Dr. Judith Kravitz, co-developer of the technique and founder of the Transformational Breath® Foundation (TBF) and Jennifer Gronbach, Senior Trainer with the TBF. Mary augments her Breathwork with Reiki Healing and essential oils. She is also trained in Raindrop Technique, an essential oil therapy.

Mary holds a B.Sc. (UCC, Ire) and a Ph. D. (UN-Lincoln) in Food Science and is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach, having graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NY, in 2013.Mary is available to speak from her heart at workshops, retreats, and corporate events.

Mary has been married to her husband Steve for 20 years and they have 2 teenage sons, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Her hobbies and interests include reading, cooking, entertaining, hiking, the beach and trivia quizzes with her husband.
